New Web Funnel Experience

After analyzing and reviewing the current funnel experience on the website, I researched various types of funnel designs from competitors and related eCommerce websites.

It was clear that there were several tactics that could be used in each step of the funnel. Understanding the success and purpose of these other funnel designs allowed us to make a decision on what approach to take with the brand.

What to fix:

  1. Pop-up on the first step brought up a couple issues for mobile users and for tracking purposes
  2. Minimal trust elements
  3. Information overload on the billing page
  4. Confusing and indirect messaging

Solution

Overall, provide a seamless experience that would guide the user on each step of the funnel. Isolating each task encourages the user to move forward while reducing any uncertainties of the product.

  • - Adding testimonial and company icons
  • - Clear verbiage about the plan while remaining transparent
  • - Visible indicators of each step
  • - Clean and simple design
  • - Encapsulating the main content or area of focus
